EQ777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and EQ777, the online gaming platform operated at eq777.best ("EQ777," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the EQ777 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, the VIP Club, and any related services.

By completing registration on EQ777 — including ticking the acceptance checkbox during signup — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the EQ777 platform.

EQ777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. We will notify registered players of material changes via the contact details on their account. Your continued use of EQ777 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use EQ777. This is a hard requirement under Philippine gaming law and EQ777's PAGCOR licence. EQ777 conducts age verification checks during registration and at any subsequent point if there is reason to suspect an account holder is underage. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, with all balances and winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

EQ777 is licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is authorised to offer services to players physically located within the Philippines. If you are accessing EQ777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you are not eligible to register or play. EQ777 does not accept players from jurisdictions where operating or using an online gaming platform is unlawful.

2.3 Personal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by EQ777 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body — and that you are not registering on behalf of any other person or entity. You must be registering in your personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or employee of any business.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one EQ777 account. This applies across all devices, IP addresses, and payment methods. If EQ777 identifies that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — all accounts associated with that player may be suspended or closed, and all balances and pending winnings may be voided. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact EQ777 support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your EQ777 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. EQ777 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EQ777 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. EQ777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact EQ777 support. EQ777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

EQ777 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point — including before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS, UMID) and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

EQ777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on EQ777 is ₱100, regardless of the payment method used. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. EQ777 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your EQ777 wallet instantly in most cases, and within 30 seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within minutes during banking hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. If a deposit does not appear in your EQ777 balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on EQ777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no option to hold balances or place bets in any other currency. Deposits made from GCash or bank accounts denominated in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing rate applied by your payment provider before reaching your EQ777 wallet.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from EQ777 must be made to the same payment method used to deposit, unless you request a change and EQ777 verifies your identity and ownership of the new method. Supported withdrawal methods are GCash, Maya, and bank transfer to Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other PESONet member banks).

5.2 Processing Times

Standard EQ777 withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 10 minutes during normal platform operation. Bank transfers are processed within the same day if submitted before 4:00 PM Philippine time on a business day. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing. Diamond members have a guaranteed 3-minute processing target for GCash and Maya withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits apply based on your current EQ777 VIP tier:

• Bronze: minimum ₱200 withdrawal, ₱50,000 daily limit
• Silver: minimum ₱200 withdrawal, ₱100,000 daily limit
• Gold: minimum ₱200 withdrawal, ₱200,000 daily limit
• Platinum: minimum ₱200 withdrawal, ₱300,000 daily limit
• Diamond: minimum ₱200 withdrawal, ₱500,000 daily limit

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

EQ777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is most commonly requested on first withdrawal or when withdrawal amounts exceed ₱50,000. Pending KYC verification, the withdrawal will be held — not rejected — until documents are provided and reviewed. EQ777 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus credits — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback credits subject to wagering requirements — cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only real-money balances and converted bonus winnings that have cleared their playthrough requirements are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed on EQ777, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless EQ777 offers a specific "Cash Out" feature for that market, and you choose to exercise it before the outcome is settled. Bets are considered final upon receipt of the confirmation message in your EQ777 account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed on each market before you place a wager. Minimum sports bets on EQ777 start from ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type, and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting patterns. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive higher maximum bet limits on most EQ777 sports markets.

6.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that EQ777 publishes clearly incorrect odds, payout structures, or game outcomes due to a technical error or human mistake, EQ777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if bets were placed in good faith. EQ777 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly and to notify affected players.

6.4 Suspicious Betting

EQ777 monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match fixing, arbitrage abuse, or use of automated betting tools. Accounts found engaging in these activities may have bets voided, winnings withheld, and accounts suspended pending investigation. EQ777 co-operates with relevant authorities and sporting bodies where there is evidence of integrity violations.

6.5 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond 24 hours; technical errors as described in 6.3; and confirmed match-fixing involvement. In all void cases, your original stake is returned to your EQ777 wallet.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New EQ777 players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ₱5,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit by players who have accepted the bonus offer during registration. The welcome bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times across eligible EQ777 games before it can be converted to withdrawable balance.

7.2 Eligible Games for Wagering Requirements

Sports Betting, Basketball Betting, Color Game, Tongits, and Virtual Sports on EQ777 all contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets placed with real-money balance take precedence over bonus balance in the wagering calculation. Wagers that are voided, cancelled, or have winnings returned do not count toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All EQ777 bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback credits with playthrough requirements — must have their wagering requirements met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any portion of a bonus that has not been converted within this period will be removed from your account without notice.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

EQ777 takes bonus abuse seriously. Patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including systematic low-risk wagering designed exclusively to clear bonus requirements without genuine play, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — may result in bonus forfeiture, account restriction, or permanent closure. EQ777's determination on whether behaviour constitutes bonus abuse is final.

7.5 Refer a Friend Bonus

The EQ777 Refer a Friend programme pays ₱400 per eligible referral to the referring player. A referral is eligible when the referred person: registers a new EQ777 account using the referrer's referral link, completes identity verification, and makes a qualifying deposit of at least ₱500. Referral rewards are paid in real money with no wagering requirement. Self-referrals and referrals using duplicate accounts are not eligible.

All registered EQ777 accounts are automatically enrolled in the EQ777 VIP Club at Bronze tier. VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per ₱10 wagered on Sports Betting, Basketball Betting, and Virtual Sports; 1.5 points per ₱10 on Color Game and Tongits; and 2 points per ₱10 on tournament buy-ins across all sections.

VIP tier upgrades are reviewed on a monthly basis. A player's tier for any given month is determined by their accumulated points over the preceding 30 days. Tier upgrades take effect on the first day of the following month, at which point all benefits of the new tier become active. EQ777 applies a one-month grace period before any tier downgrade — meaning a single quiet month will not immediately reduce your tier.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited to your EQ777 wallet on Monday of the following week. Cashback credited without a wagering requirement can be withdrawn at any time. VIP Club benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and bonus structures — may be adjusted by EQ777 with 30 days' notice to affected members.

EQ777 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club, or to adjust their tier, if there is evidence of abuse of VIP benefits, collusion, or violation of these Terms. VIP status does not confer any right to continued membership or to any specific level of benefits in perpetuity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EQ777. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one EQ777 account, either personally or through another person
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tools that interact with EQ777 without human input
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing, result manipulation, or abuse of inside information
• Systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms
• Collusion with other players — including in Tongits or other multiplayer card game sections — to manipulate game outcomes
• Using a payment method belonging to another person without explicit authorisation
• Money laundering or using EQ777 for any financial activity in violation of Philippine anti-money-laundering laws
• Accessing EQ777 using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your geographic location
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, hacking, or interference with EQ777's platform infrastructure

EQ777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, EQ777 will aim to complete the investigation within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the account holder.

If your account is closed for cause — meaning as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms — any balances remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. EQ777 will retain relevant records in accordance with its PAGCOR licence obligations and applicable Philippine law. You may appeal an account closure decision by contacting EQ777 support and providing supporting documentation.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting EQ777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending bets are settled. Bonus balances that have not cleared their wagering requirements will not be returned on voluntary closure.

EQ777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements seriously. The following tools are available to all EQ777 players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your EQ777 account
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period; your account is paused when the limit is reached
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from EQ777 for a defined period (30 days, 6 months, 12 months) or permanently

Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. • EQ777 collects registration data, transaction records, betting history, and device/session information
• Data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance
• EQ777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Data is stored and processed in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173)
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting EQ777 support

All content on the EQ777 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, game designs, logos, odds data, and the EQ777 brand name — is the intellectual property of EQ777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the EQ777 platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from EQ777 without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of EQ777's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, EQ777's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's EQ777 account at the time the claim arises. EQ777 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

EQ777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond EQ777's reasonable control (including internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions) may cause temporary service interruptions. EQ777 will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to EQ777's internal complaints process by contacting support@eq777.best.

EQ777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's player protection division for mediation. Both parties agree to co-operate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated process.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection laws.

EQ777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — EQ777 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the EQ777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using EQ777 and may request account closure, after which your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
